Punto croce in treno - Cross stitch on the train

Ho incominciato a mettere a frutto il tempo trascorso in treno: ricamo bavaglini a punto croce! Per quest'autunno sono in arrivo ben 3 bimbi, quello di mia sorella più altri due di due coppie di amici, per cui ho in programma di ricamare parecchio! 

I started to take advantage of the time spent on the train: I'm cross-stitching some bibs! There are three boys arriving in the autumn, one from my sister and two from two couples of friends, so I'm planning to cross-stitch a lot!

Eccomi che ricamo il primo bavaglino durante il viaggio di ritorno di ieri

Here I am cross-stitching the first bib during the homeward journey

Il ricamo è lo stesso che avevo fatto tre anni fa per la nascita di una bimba (click per la foto): la scritta "pappa" con delle mele al posto delle "a" e degli uccellini appollaiati sulle stanghette delle "p", ma stavolta ho dovuto rimpicciolirlo un po' perchè era troppo grande per i bavaglini che ho comperato. 
The embroidery is the same I used three years ago for the birth of a girl (click for the picture): the word "pappa" (I think it's "din-din" in English) with apples in place of the "a"s and birds sit on the "p" bars, but this time I have to shrink it a bit because it's too big for the bibs I bought.
